Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refund Eligibility
Range Caddie offers refunds under specific conditions to ensure fairness and compliance with PPS Payment Gateway regulations. Refunds are available in the following cases:
- A refund request is made within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase.
- The user has not utilized significant services within the subscription period.
- A billing error, duplicate transaction, or fraudulent charge occurs.
- The subscription was charged incorrectly due to a system error.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- Partially used memberships.
- Subscription cancellations after the 7-day refund window.
- Payments made through promotional offers, discounted plans, or free trials.
- Failure to use the service due to personal reasons unrelated to platform functionality.
- Violations of our Terms & Conditions, resulting in account suspension or termination.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, users must follow these steps:
- Submit a request via support@range-caddie.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include the following details:
- Full name and registered email.
- Proof of payment (transaction ID, receipt, or invoice).
- Reason for the refund request.
- Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 10 business days from the date of submission.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- Users will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
4. Partial Refunds
- If a user has partially utilized a membership but faces technical issues, a prorated refund may be offered at Range Caddie’s discretion.
- Users who upgrade to a higher-tier membership within the first 7 days of their existing plan may receive a partial credit towards the new plan instead of a refund.
5. Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions
If a user notices an unauthorized charge, they should:
- Contact support@range-caddie.com immediately to resolve the issue.
- Report the issue to their financial institution if necessary.
- Allow up to 15 business days for an investigation and resolution.
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in account suspension pending verification.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, Range Caddie may offer refunds outside of standard policy due to:
- System outages preventing access to services for extended periods.
- Medical emergencies (documented proof required).
- Double billing errors not identified during initial processing.
Refund decisions under exceptional circumstances remain at Range Caddie’s sole discretion.
